I am a partner in the Employment Law Group at Raines Feldman Littrell in Century City. I am in my 41st year of working with local and national businesses, walking them through the minefield of ever changing California law and helping them be the best employers possible. I also conduct non-harassment and other employee and management training classes, draft employee handbooks and other personnel documentation, prepare employment contracts, and conduct extensive audits for wage and hour compliance. From time to time, when necessary, I also still litigate. Sometimes a lot.
When I am not trying to help employers chart the right course, sitting on the Board of the LA Chapter of the California Restaurant Association or speaking to local business groups, you might find me hiking to the top of the Hollywood Sign, near my house in Laurel Canyon.
